Update on COVID-19
The proliferation of Covid-19 requires additional precautionary health and safety measures. Protecting the public health and well-being of our visitors, employees and associates, as well as the local community, is a priority.
Following closely the guidelines of the World Health Organization and the Greek Government, we have taken care to adopt additional precautionary measures aimed at better shielding against the Coronation.
More specifically:
We have made sure that each member of our staff receives special training in order to carry out the new stricter hygiene procedures and to have personal protective equipment (PPE).
We have adopted a very strict regime of cleaning and thorough disinfection in all rooms, common areas and staff areas.
We would like to inform you that a new check-in time is set at 15:00 so that, the correct disinfection can take place.
The washing and ironing services of linen are performed by a certified company that faithfully follows the instructions of the World Health Organization.
We limit overcrowding and congestion in the Reception and in all common areas.
Disinfectants are available in the rooms and common areas of the accommodation and we encourage its regular use by staff and visitors.
The reception area will provide the necessary information in case of illness (responsible phone in case of an accident at the accommodation / Medical Center of Santorini / National Organization of Public Health) as well as disposable gloves / masks.
WE CLEAN. WE WELCOME. WE CARE.
Protecting ourselves and others from Covid-19:
• Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.
• Avoid unnecessary contact
• Avoid touching eyes, mouth and nose
• Cover the mouth with the elbow when coughing and sneezing
• Keep at least one meter (three feet) distance between you and others.
Taking into account the liquidity of the situations we are experiencing and understanding the difficulty of long-term planning, we are adjusting the reservation policy to offer the maximum possible flexibility.
We are committed to closely monitoring developments in order to further improve hygiene measures, if necessary.
